For over 30 years, John Brennan Funeral Director has been trusted by the people of County Sligo and the wider area to care for their funeral needs. Since our business was formed in 1986 we have maintained a family run tradition and continue to constantly seek out ways of improving the services we provide to those who are bereaved, while honouring the dignity and uniqueness of the deceased person.
Together with our experienced, discrete and professional staff, we ensure that bereaved families receive a compassionate, professional, dignified and caring service for their loved ones while we can also advise you on the funeral plan best suited to your needs. We can help you to keep unnecessary costs to a minimum when planning a funeral always been mindful that quality and dignity are essential pre-requisites.
To further enhance the service we offer, we have, over the years, become associated with another prominent Tubbercurry Funeral Director, Morahans Funeral Home Tubbercurry. This merger took place in 2003. Together we offer 2 funeral homes, Tubbercurry and Kilmactigue, Aclare (Built 2007). Our main office is managed to the highest professional standards. Our service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with every call answered personally, irrespective of time. We aim to have a person to person telephone conversation at all times with those that contact us.
We will assist families with their funeral arrangements regardless of financial restrictions and funerals can always be arranged to meet a specific budget. We are familiar with the process of Post-Mortem, cremation, repatriation and facilitate traditional religious services, memorial service if denominational or non-denominational and allow family time with their loved ones in a relaxed environment in one of our funeral homes.
